Buttons

I succeeded in making very good looking button replications, and I would like to show how I did it. I used model-car window plastic (hard plastic), transparant book foil, proffesional drawing paper (calc paper) and a inkjet printer for printing the buttons onto the paper. I first have drawn all buttons in MS Paint, while sitting near the printer to check the right size of the buttons. I printed the result onto drawing paper, kind of white-transparant paper. Than cut all buttons from the paper, the worsest part... As base for each button, I used model-car window plastic, which is a transpant hard sort of plastic, but very easy to cut. I use transparant sticker foil to pack all together, and the result is a button! So what you see from top-down is plastic foil, the paper button, and then the plastic square. All thing are actually packed together by the foil.
